PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard. For credit card orders, we require the
"billing address" of the cardholder and the "ship to" address to be the
same. We will also verify all credit card orders taken via the telephone.
Wire Transfer
1-800-PLASMAS prefers wire transfers. This is a simple and secure way
to make a purchase for both the buyer and the merchant.
Checks
We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and business/personal
checks. Please allow 7 business days to clear
PAYMENT PROCESS
Orders are accepted via our online store or via telephone. Our web site

AUCTION SALES
1-800-PLASMAS often conducts online auctions at eBay.com to promote our
products and specials. Payment methods for online auctions are: wire
transfer, money order, certified check, business/personal check.
Bids on auctioned products constitute a contract to buy the item.
PRICING POLICY
1-800-PLASMAS does not offer price protection for its sales. With the
rapid advancement of today's technology, it would be impossible to lock
prices in while new models are being released. Unpredicted price drops are
quite common. Please do not inquire about a refund if a unit has a price
drop a week after you purchase it.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All products must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt for defects in
order to exchange for a replacement. Most of our products include at least
a one year warranty; we'll inform you if they do not.

There are no sales tax unless delivered in New York State, then 8.25% tax
will be added.
There is a 30% restocking fee in the event of a sale being cancelled by a
customer for any reason.
