Shipping Information
Ordering a large-ticket item, such as a plasma TV, online can be a fast,
easy and worry free experience. We have shipped hundreds of plasma TVs to
customers across the U.S. Our dedicated staff will make sure your order is
processed quickly, your item is shipped right away and you will be provided
shipment tracking information the morning following your shipment.

Shipping Definitions
Day - for each shipping method the term 'Day' refers to business
day. Weekends and U.S. national holidays are not included as a day in
determining shipping time.
Shipment Clock - orders placed by 12PM Eastern Standard Time for
in stock items are shipped the day the order is placed. The shipment clock
starts the day following the shipment. For example, an order placed at 10AM on
Monday would ship Monday and the first shipment day would be Tuesday.
5-7 Day Ground - this is ground freight delivery which typically
runs 5-7 business days. The overall delivery time depends on location, but 5-7
days is a fair assessment of the time for ground shipping.
2-3 Day Select - This is an expedited shipping method which will
deliver the item in 2-3 days. Typically the delivery is 2 business days,
depending on location.
Next Day Air - this shipping method is intended for small items
such as plasma TV accessories, cables, etc. Delivery is the next business day
for items shipping Next Day Air. Although smaller displays can be shipped next
day air, it is not recommended due to the increased chance of damage.
Shipping Time Examples:
Example - for a 3 Day Standard shipment, if the order is placed
on Monday before 2PM EST, the order is shipped Monday. Day 1 is Tuesday, Day 2
is Wednesday and Day 3 is Thursday, the delivery is Thursday. In some instances
the item may arrive sooner than Day 3.
Example - for a 5-7 Day Ground shipment, if the order is placed
on a Wednesday before 2PM EST the order is shipped that Wednesday. Day 1 is
Thursday, Day 2 is Friday, Day 3 is Monday, Day 4 is Tuesday, Day 5 is
Wednesday, Day 6 is Thursday and Day 7 is Friday. So, the item may arrive
sometime between Wednesday and Friday. In some instances the item may arrive
even sooner based on delivery location.

Has my order shipped?
You will receive shipment tracking information from us within 24 hours of
your shipment. Orders placed before 2PM EST usually ship that day.
Tracking for Friday shipments will be sent the following Monday.
You can also call or email customer
service anytime to see if your order has shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an
item in my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon (EST) usually ship the same day. If you need to
change an order, update information or cancel an order, please contact us
at 1-800-752-7627 right away. Please note that once an order has begun
processing or has shipped, the order may not be able to be changed.
Cancelled orders that have shipped will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
How do I track my order?
Your will receive shipment tracking information by email. You can also
call or email customer service
anytime to track your order.
My order never arrived.
For plasma displays the freight company will contact you a day ahead
of time to schedule a delivery that is convenient for you. If you have not
been contacted by the freight company within 3-4 days of your order,
please contact us at 1-800-752-7627.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If
you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper
to confirm that your packages are in transit. Plasma displays may be
shipped via freight truck whereas accessory items may be shipped via
Federal Express, UPS or other method.
Regarding plasma displays, please be sure to check the box in which the
plasma was shipped. Occasionally accessory items will be inside the plasma
display box.
My product is missing parts.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If
you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper
to confirm that your packages are in transit.
Some accessory items are shipped separately from each other. If you are
missing one or more package, please contact us for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict
when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able
to ship the item to you. You will be made aware of any backordered items
by email or telephone soon after your order is placed.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment
information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout
page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact
customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

availability of each item. You will receive a shipment confirmation when
your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of
shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
At this time 1-800-PLASMAS will only ship to US-based addresses. If your
address is not in the U.S. then we will not be able to complete your
order.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment
options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not
ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if the item(s) you order are shipped to
a location in New York State. For NY orders 8.25% Sales Tax will be
applied.
I have a question on my charges.
If you have questions or concerns regarding the charges on your credit
card, please contact customer service for further assistance. We will work
with you diligently to resolve any questions concerning your payment,
charges or other concerns.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Our online order processing system automatically creates a sales
receipt for your purchase. You can also call or email customer service anytime
to have a receipt sent to you.
What Payment methods do you accept?

Wire Transfer
1-800-PLASMAS prefers wire transfers. This is a simple and secure way
to make a purchase for both the buyer and the merchant.
Checks and Money Orders
We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and business/personal
checks. Please allow 7 business days to clear
We DO NOT Accept Credit Cards
Due to increasing fraudulent credit card orders, we currently DO
NOT accept credit cards. We apologize for this inconvenience.
How do I send in a payment?
If you place an order on our web site, you will be emailed an order
confirmation invoice which includes the payment mailing address and your
order total. Simply mail a check or money order to the address on the
invoice. A representative from 1-800-Plasmas will contact you once payment
is received to advise you regarding the time frame for your delivery.

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be
