ABOUT EXTENDED WARRANTIES
Purchasing a Warrantech RepairMaster ON-Site Service Plan is one of the
smartest consumer decisions you'll ever make. We encourage you to protect
yourself from the future cost of repairing your Television by purchasing a
Repair-Master Service Plan! Most products come with a 1-Year
manufacturer's limited warranty but you should note that many warranties
might offer 1-Year Parts and 90 Days Labor. This means if the product is
defective at the 91st day of ownership and was taken to a warranty service
center, the manufacturer would replace the part but you'd be responsible
to pay for labor. In many cases, a part may cost a few dollars but labor
might be $50 or (often) much more.
Warranty Extensions provide extended warranty coverage for parts and
labor, above and beyond the term of the original manufacturer's warranty.
The manufacturer usually does not provide these extensions. These Warranty
Extensions are offered by specialty companies who are in the business of
insuring your purchase against additional labor or repair charges during
the term of the extension. In some cases, they may actually replace your
old defective product with a new one.
We are proud to offer Warrantech Repair-Master service extension
warranties. Most of the Warrantech Repair-Master service extension
warranties that we offer also cover In-Home service. This means that
should your product require service an authorized service representative
will visit your home or office to diagnose and repair your product.

Our extended warranties are offered through Warrantech, the nation leading

When does my extended warranty start?
Your extended warranty begins when the manufacturers warranty expires.
What is covered by the extended warranty?
In short, everything. If your remote control does not work, it is covered.
Any aspect of the product that does not function as-new is covered by our
extended warranties.
For in-home warranties what if the product can not be repaired in my home?
Warrantech is responsible for the removal and replacement of any product
that has an in-home warranty. Their service technicians will arrange for a
convenient time to transport your product to a local service center for
repair and return it to your home and put it back in the place of your
choice.
What if my product cannot be repaired?
If Warrantech cannot repair your product, it will be fully replaced.
For carry-in warranties, where do I take my product?
Warrantech has over 12,000 service centers nationwide. To find one, you
simply call a 1-800 number and a Warrantech operator will assist you in
finding the location nearest and most convenient for you.
How do I exercise my warranty if something goes wrong?
Simply call the Warrantech 1-800 number, which is available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For in-home warranties, you will be
assisted in scheduling a convenient time for a technician to come to your
home to repair your product. For carry-in warranties, you will be provided
with the location of the nearest and most convenient service center for
you.
Do I have to pay for any parts or labor if my product needs repair?
No, your extended warranty covers 100% of all costs required to repair
your product. There are no deductibles and no hidden costs. Please note, a
bulb warranty is required to receive bulb replacement.
Is an extended warranty transferable?
Yes, in the event a product changes ownership during the term of coverage,
the warranty is fully transferable to the new owner.
What happens if I require service on my product while abroad?
Our warranties even provide coverage internationally. If your product
requires service while you are traveling abroad, simply coordinate with
the Warrantech service centers in the region you are in and they will
schedule a convenient time for repair.
